Accessibility
We want customers to be able to use this website to plan a store visit—hours, ads, departments, and contact information.
Our commitment
St. Joseph IGA aims to make this customer website usable for people with a range of abilities. We design pages with clear headings, keyboard-friendly controls where practical, and text alternatives for important images. We continue to improve the site as we learn about barriers.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for the public customer website. That is our ongoing target—not a claim of full audited certification. If you find a barrier that blocks you from using the site, please report it so we can fix it.
How we test
We use automated checks on key public pages (landmarks, headings, and skip navigation) in continuous testing, and we fix barriers reported by customers. Automated checks do not replace manual review with assistive technology.
What this covers
This statement applies to the public customer website (hours, weekly ads, guides, FAQ, contact, and related pages). It does not describe physical store accessibility. For questions about shopping in the store building, call the store from our contact page.
Report a barrier
If you have trouble using a page—or need information in another format—please call the store and describe the page and the problem. We will do our best to help you get the information you need. Phone and hours are listed on the contact page.
