Under St. Joseph village ordinance, beer and wine cannot be sold before noon on Sundays—even when the store is open earlier.
The noon start comes from the St. Joseph village ordinance (Village Code §3-3-14), not from state law, so nearby towns may allow earlier Sunday sales.
